Renovation & Cost

How much do I have to pay upfront?

Nothing. All renovation and staging costs are deferred until closing.

Who pays for the renovations?

We fund the upgrades. At closing, we split the additional profit (above your home’s original as-is value).

Do I have to use your contractors?

Yes. To protect both your investment and ours, we use only our licensed and vetted professionals.

Selling Process

What if my house doesn’t sell?

We help you price to win and stage to sell. If the home doesn’t sell in 90 days, we reassess, re-market, and relaunch.

How long does the process take?

Most renovation-to-sale timelines are 30–90 days depending on the scope of work.

Will I still own my home?

Absolutely. You retain 100% ownership through the entire process.

What contracts do I sign?

You’ll sign a standard California Listing Agreement and our Platinum Edge Service Agreement (which outlines the renovation and profit-share terms).

Is this different from a traditional listing?

Yes. It includes traditional listing services plus renovation management and profit-sharing—all wrapped into one seamless experience..

Profit & Payment

 How do I get paid?

At closing, you receive the full as-is market value of your home—plus 50% of the increased value we created together.

How do you calculate the “as-is” value?

We provide a comparative market analysis based on condition and comparable sales, which you approve before we begin work.
